How we deal with reviews
Reviews are checked for spam, personal information and irrelevant content before publication. Positive and negative experiences are treated according to the same rules. We do not check whether a purchase has been made for every review. We only show “Verified Purchase” if the review is associated with a customer account with a paid order for this product. Guest entries do not receive this label. Technical test orders are excluded.
